I absolutely love the platform and would definitely recommend you check it out if you haven’t already. They feature talks by people whose ‘ideas are worth spreading’ with the world, on almost every important topic.
Exercising is something almost everyone struggles with despite knowing it’s massive importance in health and well-being. Therefore it’s important that people become more aware of how they can make exercise a part of their life.

Roger delivers an entertaining and insightful talk of how leading a sedentary lifestyle is killing our bodies a little by little with every passing day.
